Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be submitted via the conference website; submissions via email will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • Incomplete abstracts will not be accepted and will consequently be withdrawn.

Additional Information

  • Complimentary access to the full three-day conference will be granted only to authors and coauthors of accepted abstracts.
  • Not all abstracts will be chosen for oral presentations. You'll be notified via email regarding the format in which your abstract has been accepted.
  • An email will be sent closer to the conference to notify you about the status of your abstract submission: whether it has been accepted, rejected, or if further information is needed.
  • Please note that we do not cover accommodation or travel expenses for abstract submitters
